Terms of service
§ 1 Scope of Application
The following General Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to the business relationship between LFG GmbH and the customer in the version valid at the time of the order. These can be saved or printed by the customer. Customers are exclusively consumers within the meaning of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG). Within this service, only consumers as defined above will be supplied. LFG GmbH does not recognize any deviating conditions of the customer, and these will not become part of the contract unless LFG GmbH has explicitly agreed to such deviating conditions in writing.
For the requirement of written form, acceptance by electronic means (e.g., email) is sufficient. The customer expressly declares that they will use this website only within the intended scope of use. Misuse of the website, such as unauthorized manipulations, providing incorrect data, or unauthorized provision of third-party data, will result in claims for damages by LFG GmbH against the customer for damages resulting from such misuse.

§ 3 Contract Conclusion and Correction Option
The order constitutes an offer to LFG GmbH to conclude a purchase contract. LFG GmbH reserves the right to reject offers without giving reasons. Customers will be informed accordingly. An order is only possible if all mandatory fields marked with * in the order form are filled out. If information is missing or LFG GmbH cannot process the order for other reasons, the customer will receive an error message via email.
Before submitting the final order, the customer has the opportunity to correct their order. Supporting detailed information is provided to the customer during the ordering process.
Once the ordering process is completed, the customer will be notified via an information window: "Your order is complete and has been successfully submitted." Upon placing an order on our website, the customer receives an email confirmation from LFG GmbH to the email address they provided, summarizing the order details. This confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance of the customer's offer but serves to inform them that the order has been received.
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather an invitation to submit an order.
By clicking the "Submit Order" button, the customer places a binding order for the goods in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of the order is sent immediately after the order is submitted and does not yet constitute acceptance of the order. The contract is concluded either through an order confirmation sent via email or through the delivery of the goods.
If, for reasons beyond the control of LFG GmbH, the ordered goods cannot be shipped, they will not be listed in the shipping confirmation, and no purchase contract is concluded for these items.
§ 4 Storage of the Order
Orders will only be stored if the customer logs into the website and provides their data. The password required for ordering must not be disclosed to third parties. If disclosed, the customer is responsible for orders placed by third parties.
§ 5 Contract Language
The contract language is German.
§ 6 Right of Withdrawal
Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal as per the following provisions.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (LFG GmbH, Rupertgasse 6, 5020 Salzburg, Austria; Email: support@lfg.at) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email).
§ 7 Delivery
The goods will be delivered exclusively from the warehouse to the delivery address provided by the customer. Fulfillment occurs at the delivery address provided by the customer. Delivery takes place promptly but no later than 30 days.
§ 8 Prices
Prices are shown in euros and include statutory VAT. They consist of the order value, shipping costs, and applicable taxes.
§ 9 Payment Methods
You can pay via advance payment, PayPal, or credit card.
§ 10 Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of LFG GmbH until full payment has been received.
§ 11 Warranty and Liability
If the goods are defective, the customer is entitled to rectification or replacement. The warranty period is 24 months.
§ 12 Governing Law
The contractual relationship is subject to the laws of Austria, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
