Shipping policy
Shipping destinations
We ship from Austria to all 27 EU member states. Unfortunately, we currently cannot ship to countries outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland, Norway, Liechtenstein, United Kingdom).
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are charged once per order, regardless of the number or weight of items:
- Austria: €5.00 – free shipping from €50 order value
- All other EU countries: €14.80 flat rate
All prices include VAT. The exact shipping costs are shown in the checkout before you place your order.
Production & delivery time
Many of our products are made on demand for you to avoid overproduction. Estimated shipping and delivery dates are calculated based on availability and the fastest shipping option and are displayed in the checkout. They are estimates unless a different delivery time is stated in the product description.
Shipping confirmation
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail.
Customs & duties
As we only ship within the EU, there are no customs duties or import fees.
Damaged or lost parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us at shop@skiracing.club – we will take care of it.
Returns
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. All details can be found in our Refund Policy and on our Shipping & Returns page.
